For me, the name Curb Appeal MDX isn’t just about homes, services, or curb appeal. It’s about family — and the people who push me to build something lasting.

The “MDX” stands for my son, Maddox.

When I became a dad, everything changed. Suddenly, the late nights and long hours had a new purpose. My motivation shifted from just building a business to building a legacy.
I wanted to create something that would not only support my family now but also set an example for my son — showing him what it means to work hard, serve others, and create something that matters.

My wife, Mickelle, and our son, Maddox, are my why. They’re the reason I wake up every day ready to grow Curb Appeal MDX into something meaningful — a company built on trust, service, and family values.

When I was coming up with the name, I kept coming back to one phrase: curb appeal.

It perfectly captured what we do — helping homeowners take care of everything outside their homes. From lawns to lighting, gutters to snow removal, “curb appeal” is what we help families protect and improve.

But I didn’t want it to sound like just another home services brand. I wanted it to have a piece of my story inside it.

That’s where “MDX” came in — a personal reminder of who I’m building this for, and why I want to do it the right way.
